We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. Consumer Contract Regulations for long distance selling allow you 14 days to cancel your order after receiving your goods and request a full refund , including the cost of standard delivery. However, please note that no refund is possible for tailor-made goods and personalised items. Similarly, for hygiene purposes certain jewellery items like earrings can never be returned or refunded. If you find any fault in the items received by you, you must inform us as soon as possible , preferably within 48 hours. Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note ( we will provide a standard cancellation form upon request). Goods once used or altered to your specifications, will not be returned under any circumstances.
Our return policy for face to face selling is guided by the Consumer Rights act. Any advances paid for bespoke outfits or jewellery are not refundable unless we are unable to deliver the goods to you as per your specifications. Similarly, any ready-made outfits or jewellery once partly or fully paid for, after you have tried them in person and satisfied yourself, can not be refunded. We may ,however , offer you a credit note or an exchange in the above circumstances , if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Can I Exchange an order for another good ?
We currently do not offer any exchanges for online purchases.
All refunds will be issued to original method of payment.
Confirmation will be sent on email thereafter.
Once the item has been returned, the item(s) will be examined and we may contact you should there be any problems regarding your request.
Should you not hear from us, please, do not get concerned, it may mean that we are in the process of dispatching your replacement/exchange to you.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Exchange/Refund?

Do I Have To Pay Postage For Any Exchanges?
You will need to include postage of £4.95 with your return. The only exception to this is if the error is caused by us e.g. wrong or faulty item sent.
