Our return policy for face to face selling is guided by the Consumer Rights act 2015.
Ready-made outfits - Kindly ensure that you are perfectly happy with the goods at the time of purchase. Any payments made for ready-made outfits or jewellery after you have tried them in person and satisfied yourself before buying them or placing an order, cannot be refunded. We may, however, offer you a credit note or an exchange, if you subsequently change your mind and return the goods to us unused, undamaged and in their exact original form within 48 hours of buying them. For hygiene purposes certain jewellery items like earrings can never be returned, exchanged or refunded. We will not be held responsible if the garments get torn or soiled after you have taken delivery. For this reason, kindly check the goods thoroughly at the time of delivery. Any payments made for purchased goods left behind with us for alteration at a future date are considered to be sold and cannot be refunded.
Bespoke outfits or jewellery - Kindly ensure that you are perfectly happy with the designs before you order the outfits or the swatches for the outfits to be made for you. Any advances paid for bespoke outfits or jewellery are not refundable under any circumstances. We may, however, offer you a part credit note or an exchange if you change your mind and inform us within 48 hours of ordering it. We follow a detailed and interactive process to ensure that goods are delivered to you as per your specifications. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your outfit upon delivery, we may offer you a part credit note or an exchange.
